According to , Bruce has held talks with officials from the Caribbean country over taking up the role as head coach.

Jamaica are looking for a new boss after Heimir Hallgrimsson resigned last month.

Hellgrimsson left his post after the country flopped out of the Copa America without registering a single point in the group stages.

The Icelandic gaffer has since been hired as the new Republic of Ireland boss.

International management would be a new challenge for Bruce who has never managed outside of England, never mind away from club football.
