Ronnie O’Sullivan offered chance to win £100,000 if he completes feat he’s never managed before – but two rivals have
RONNIE O'SULLIVAN has been given the chance to win an extra £100,000 during the 2024/25 snooker season.
However, the Rocket will have to achieve a feat he has never managed before in order to claim the prize.
The World Snooker Tour have announced a new £100,000 bonus for the first player to make 100 centuries this season.
Chairman Steve Dawson explained: "We are delighted to introduce this new bonus as it creates an extra storyline which will run throughout the season.
"If a player is on target for the ‘century of centuries’ going into the last few events then the drama will build with every match!"
Only two players have previously made 100 centuries in a single season before.

He is set to face Wang Yuchen in qualifying in Xi'an in order to reach the main draw.
A prize fund of £850,000 is on offer at the event, with the winner taking home £177,000.
