MANCHESTER UNITED have had a £42million offer accepted by Lille for defender Leny Yoro, according to reports.
The Red Devils remain keen on Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite, but saw a bid of £35m rejected by the Toffees.
And now, after they reportedly made a second bid for Branthwaite, they are closing in on a deal to sign France U21 international Yoro, 18, following his impressive season with Lille.
According to , the Ligue 1 club are urging the centre-half to accept Man Utd's proposal.
However, he remains more keen on a transfer to Real Madrid and is still waiting on the 15-time European champions.
It is now up to Yoro to decide whether to join Erik ten Hag's men or pass up the opportunity in the hope a Bernabeu transfer goes through.
