Kieran McKenna's side are eyeing a double-bubble bid for Philogene and Jacob Greaves and are willing to pay £35million plus add-ons for the pair, according to .
This would potentially eclipse Barcelona's own offer to land Philogene, reported to be between £17m and £19.5m after a loan spell.
Having joined from Aston Villa last year for a reported fee of £5m, either move would mark a tidy bit of profit for Hull.
