REAL MADRID have triggered the option to buy Joselu from Espanyol - only to sell him immediately.
The Spanish striker joined Los Blancos on a season-long loan last summer and went on to make 49 appearances.
He scored 17 goals and provided three assists during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, winning both the Champions League and La Liga.
But Joselu is set to move on this summer - despite making his loan move permanent with Real Madrid.
According to transfer guru , Carlo Ancelotti's side triggered his £1.27million option to buy clause.
However, the LaLiga giants have already agreed to sell him for the same price to Qatari side Al-Gharafa.

Joselu helped fire Real Madrid to the Champions League final in May after scoring a three-minute brace against Bayern Munich in the semi-final second-leg.
Los Blancos were 1-0 down when he was introduced as a substitute.
However, thanks to the striker Ancelotti's side went on to win 2-1 and 4-3 on aggregate.
They then went on to comfortably see off Borussia Dortmund in the final 2-0 to bag the silverware.
