Conor McGregor to fight Floyd Mayweather: UFC star’s coach drops massive hint it could be announced soon
MMA coach John Kavanagh took to Twitter earlier today to gush about his great Valentine's day...and maybe more
CONOR McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh has dropped an enormous hint that could mean the Mayweather fight is indeed on.
We reported last night that The Notorious and Floyd Mayweather had agreed a multi-million dollar deal for the mega fight.
And MMA coach and bestselling author Kavanagh took to Twitter earlier today to gush about his great Valentines day…and maybe more.
His tweet hinted about other vague “big announcements” being “imminent”.
He said: “Gunni and Queally get a fight. Orly wakes me the right way. Other big announcements imminent. Best. Valentines. Ever.”
Fans on Twitter have immediately jumped to conclusions on what they think – or hope – the “imminent” announcements are.
Kenny Murray is ready to ditch the family holiday if it means what he thinks it means.
AJ thinks the fans are entitled to know a little earlier what it means.
McGregor fan Marshall is backing his man to break Floyd Mayweather’s unbeaten 49-0 record.
And Dave Slye opened up debate with a number of suggestions.
Gunnar Nelson and Peter Queally are MMA fighters in Kavanagh’s SBG Gym.
