Super-sub Weghorst netted within two minutes of coming off the bench at the Euros in Hamburg.

It was the latest heroic act to go along with his brace for the Dutch at the 2022 World Cup against Argentina.

Weghorst, who joined Burnley from Wolfsburg in January 2022, is not happy with playing in the Championship next season following The Clarets' Premier League relegation.

He only scored two goals in 20 games for Burnley, before he joined Besiktas on loan ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Manchester United then bought him out of that deal and brought him to Old Trafford on loan in January 2023 where he scored just twice in 31 matches.

He returned to Burnley but was farmed out again - this time to Hoffenheim - where he bagged seven goals last season.
