TOM Brady's new Los Angeles mega mansion is nearing completion.
Brady is setting up shop in an exclusive neighborhood near Hollywood.
While the home is still a work in progress, many of the finishing touches are being put on the property.
The rear garden and outer pool are both finishing construction as the house is erected.
Brady isn't new to the area, as he originally purchased land nearby with Gisele Bundchen.
The former couple paid $11.75 million for the land to build a mansion which they later sold for $40 million.
While Brady's Los Angeles Mansion is close to completion, he is currently constructing another project.
The legendary quarterback has a mansion in Miami-Dade County that is under renovations.
A massive garden has been constructed on the property and Brady is also having a private boat dock built close to the home.
He also had a pickleball court and basketball hoops installed on the property.

His $17 million property is on Indian Creek, a manmade barrier island which is also home to mansion owned by Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.
The Miami property was purchased alongside Bundchen four years ago before their divorce.
Brady didn't put any money down for the property, but took out a mortgage for the entire $17 million.
After his split with Bundchen, Brady took on the renovations while she moved to a new property across the water.
She paid $1.3 million for a three-bedroom waterfront home in surfside.
Bundchen then later bought a $11.5 million five-bedroom home after the divorce was finalized.
Brady's construction projects are all coming together as he nears his broadcast debut on Fox Sports.
His deal with Fox is definitely helping to finance his projects, as Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million deal with the network.
