JARROD BOWEN was denied a first England goal by Ezri Konsa's inadvertent goal-line block.
West Ham star Bowen, 27, earned his eighth cap as the Three Lions took on Bosnia at St James' Park.
Bowen was handed a start by boss Gareth Southgate, as he continued his quest to make the final 26-man squad for Euro 2024.
With one minute of normal time to spare, Bowen was teed up in the box by James Maddison.
He sent a shot goalward, only for it to somehow be blocked by Konsa on the line.
Harry Kane was able to convert the rebound, but Bowen couldn't hide his dismay at being denied.
