The strongman looks trim and in brilliant shape after adhering to a strict training regime.
Hall, 36, took to social media to show off his jacked figure, posing for the camera by flexing his muscles.
The World's Strongest Man 2017 now boasts huge abs and has shed a considerable amount of excess weight in preparation for the octagon.
He shared the seven steps that have been key to his new look, claiming he has never felt better.
Hall wrote on Instagram: "165kg / 360lbs the best I’ve ever felt 💪"

He then listed off what he's doing in order to stay in pristine shape.
His list began with drinking at least 10 litres of water a day, while eating plenty of meat, eggs and vegetables.
Hall will then gobble fermented foods like cottage cheese, also consuming supplements.
He is sleeping at least nine hours a night, and he trains twice a day.

The hulking bruiser then admitted that spending time with his family is vital to feeling at his best.
Hall is set to make his MMA debut in Blackburn on June 7 when he takes on the the Neffati Brothers Jamil and Jamel.
The pair are both around 5'3 and weigh just 145lb each, meaning Hall may weigh more than both combined.
Hall will face the duo inside the octagon at the same time as part of an event organised by the World Freak Fight League.
The contest will take place over three rounds, although the duration of the rounds has yet to be determined.
