DANA WHITE showed off his incredible body transformation after shredding over 40 pounds to improve his health.
The UFC president, 54, was told he had just 10 years to live in 2022 after a "life threatening alert".
And his latest Instagram share, White posed with his new bod - sporting a six-pack and bulging biceps.
He captioned a split photo: "Today is 2 years since I started my health journey with @garybrecka thanks for changing my life my brother!!! I feel incredible and thank you @kerrikasem for connecting us. @10xhealthsystem."
The second picture showed White in 2022 with a more rounder figure.
White was given a wake up call by wellness podcaster Gary Brecka, who has passed on tips to Cristiano Ronaldo.

Speaking to , Brecka explained how White's blood results triggered an alert in the middle of the night.
And he jumped on a plane straight away to meet the UFC chief and give him the "cataclysmic results."
Brecka revealed that White wanted to know his life expectancy, which led the biologist to running tests.
The blood samples were sent to a lab, and his triglyceride levels were almost 800.

Brecka explained: "Triglycerides are a measure of blood fat and shouldn't be over 149 - two or three hundred is a 'cataclysmic level,' but his was 768."
He flew to see White and told him his life expectancy based on the blood results and medical records from the last decade was just 10.4 years.
White was on seven medications, three for his blood pressure, and had "skyrocketing levels of cholesterol."
He was also pre-diabetic and insulin resistant.
Brecka said: "I told Dana 'I'm surprised you can sleep at night without waking up choking and gagging.
"I'm surprised it's not painful to bend down and tie your shoes.
"Your level of brain fog and fatigue has got to be at a crushing level - I'm surprised you can remember anything.'"
Brecka said White responded: "I'm on a CPAP machine. I wake up every night and throw up in the middle of the night.
"I throw up so much I'm losing my voice."
A CPAP machine is a therapy method used to help people sleep by using airwave pressure.
White's UFC employees said he was forgetful, used to pass out in meetings, and fall asleep on planes.
Brecka explained how he wrote a strict ketogenic diet for White, and told the UFC boss he couldn't eat anything not on the list.
He also balanced his hormones, controlled his glycaemic index, and used amino acids to help reduce the triglycerides.
Brecka said: "In 10 weeks, lost 28 to 30 pounds and he's over 40 pounds [down] now.
"By end of fifth month he was off every prescription medication.
"He is no longer pre-diabetic, he has normal triglycerides, and his kidney and liver function improved.
"He feels like a 35-year-old man again. His blood pressure has returned to normal and he's on no meds.
