DAVID HAYE has made no secret of his playboy lifestyle.

And the former heavyweight champ isn’t changing his routine for anybody ahead of a mouth-watering grudge match with Tony Bellew.

The British duo lock horns at the O2 Arena on March 4 and Haye is making sure he gets the most out of his luxury training camp in sunny Miami before returning home.

A number of pictures posted to depict Haye living it up across the pond while also making sure he’s in tip-top shape for next month.

One snap shows the 36-year-old enjoying a game of basketball on a £27m Skyfall mega-yacht while in another he spars on the main deck.

But a picture of Haye enjoying a cocktail while relaxing in a hot tub on the boat is sure to enrage Bellew, who has made numerous references to his opponent’s taste for the high life.

Bellew confronted Haye at ringside in October after beating BJ Flores to the WBC cruiserweight belt and is now desperate for victory in a higher weight division following their recent press conference scuffle.
