ENGLAND have made it to the FINAL of the World Cup of Darts against Austria.
Fans believe Luke Littler should be representing England following his heroic Premier League Darts final win against Luke Humphries.
However, PDC rules see The Nuke miss out on the opportunity for him to play at the competition, with Humphries joined by Michael Smith - with the pair impressing to reach the final.
Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton fired Wales to victory in the 2023 edition, but The Iceman will also be missing because of health issues - Wales also crashed out in the last 16.

Why is Luke Littler not playing at the World Cup of Darts?
Littler will not be able to play for England at the World Cup of Darts because the two highest-ranked English players in the PDC Order of Merit are picked.
The Nuke is currently 25th in the Order of Merit, whereas Luke Humphries and Michael Smith are ranked first and second respectively.
That means Humphries and Smith are in line to represent England.
