Joshua has the chance to unify his IBF title with the vacant WBA belt when he collides with the Ukrainian in front of 90,000 people at Wembley.

The 27-year-old has begun his gruelling training to ensure he is in the best shape of his life to take on the veteran former champ, 40.

In a short clip, Joshua can be seen working out on a squat machine which targets the lower body to "enhance explosive power".

Despite clearly pushing his body to the limit, grunting with each squat, Joshua captioned the post: "Eeeeaazyyyyyy."

The machine offers up to 378kg of resistance - three times more than Klitschko's heaviest weight of 112kg in his second bout against Samuel Peter in September 2010.

AJ and his team have kept fans updated on his training routine all week.

Yesterday the IBF champ uploaded a picture of himself doing wall sits, an exercise done to strengthen the quadriceps.

And today, Joshua's conditioning coach, Jamie Reynolds, also shared a picture of the boxer performing lunges using the hashtag 'trainingcamp'.

Olympic champion Joshua and Klitschko promoted their eagerly awaited fight in New York on January 3.

And Joshua seemed calm ahead of the highest profile bout of his career.

He told : "I know I'm going to be facing the best Wladimir.

"I think the time is right. It may seem soon to people. This is my gold medal fight once again.

"I'm here for a reason. I'll handle business the way I've always handled it. The goal is the same - to be victorious."
