HARRY ARTER has been released by Nottingham Forest, having last played for the club 40 MONTHS ago.
The forgotten Premier League star has not left empty-handed while banking a cool £7MILLION since his last game.
Arter, 34, joined Nottingham Forest in 2020, having signed on a three-year deal from Bournemouth.
He played 13 times in the Championship for the club but fell out of favour under Chris Hughton in 2021.
Arter was believed to be free to leave the club but stayed, and his deal was automatically extended to 2024.
The extension was triggered by the club gaining promotion to the Premier League in 2022.
