Tottenham take on Man City in North London on Tuesday night before this weekend's final round of fixtures.

The Cityzens enter the contest in second position, a single point behind Mikel Arteta's side and with an inferior goal difference (+61 vs +58).

If they beat Tottenham on Tuesday and then West Ham on the final day of the season at the Etihad, a sixth title in seven years - and fourth in a row - is theirs.

But a loss in the capital and Arsenal will simply need to beat Everton to lift the title, with a draw potentially leaving their fate down to goal difference.
