IPSWICH TOWN are back in the Premier League after a 22-year wait!
Kieran McKenna's side have sealed back-to-back promotions after a 2-0 win over Huddersfield on the final day today.
While Tom Brady's Birmingham City have been relegated to the Championship.
Birmingham team news
Just one change for Gary Rowett with Jordan James coming in from the start.
Norwich are hoping to keep hold of fifth spot so the task this afternoon could have been easier.
BIRMINGHAM XI: Ruddy, Laird, Buchanan, Sanderson, Bielik, Miyoshi, Paik, Anderson, James, Stansfield, Sunjic.
Slim chance?
Birmingham are a short, odds-on price with Sky Bet to go down.
Sheffield Wednesday and Blackburn know they just need a point. But I'd predict at least one of their odds will shorten as the game gets going....
- Birmingham 8/15
- Plymouth 2/1
- Sheffield Wednesday 16/1
- Blackburn 16/1
McKenna's boost
Kieran McKenna sauntered across the pitch for a chat with Sky before the game. The few thousand already inside Portman Road rose to their feet to clap and cheer him as he did.
And he said the welcome the team received will give them an extra boost.
He said: "The nerves are OK. The preparation is done, now we just need to play a football match.
"It's fantastic, it was a great way to be welcomed. It gives everyone a boost.
"We know we have to fight hard today but we've set it up well for ourselves this year."
Leeds team news
Leeds need everything to fall nicely for them today to get up automatically.
Daniel Farke has named his team for the game against Southampton.
LEEDS XI: Meslier, Byram, Firpo, Rodon, Ampadu, Gruev, Kamara, Summerville, Gnonto, Georginio, Piroe
Ipswich team news
Kieran McKenna has named his side for today's big game.
IPSWICH XI: Hladky, Tuanzebe,Woolfenden, Burgess, Davis, Morsy, Luongo, Burns, Chaplin, Hutchinson, Hirst
Party time
One place where a party atmosphere will be taking place is the King Power Stadium.
Leicester will get to lift the trophy after today's game with Blackburn as their top flight return was wrapped up a few weeks ago.
Now the players and fans can celebrate that after full time.
Though the fans will likely be celebrating throughout anyway!
Incredible welcome
The Ipswich Town staff and players were given the most incredible welcome as they arrived at Portman Road.
The fans turned out in their numbers. Thousands there to welcome their heroes with noise and a sea of blue.
Pyro smoke filled the air and they're ready to celebrate. It's now down to the players...

And the bottom
The relegation picture is also intriguing. Rotherham were confirmed to be down quite some time ago.
Huddersfield need a miracle to stay up with their game at Ipswich.
Birmingham are in that final spot at the moment and host Norwich, who are pretty much guaranteed a play off spot.
Birmingham need to win and hope Plymouth (one point ahead) drop points, or Sheffield Wednesday or Blackburn lose.
How we stand
A look then at the top half of the table.
As mentioned, Ipswich can secure back-to-back promotions with just a point at home to Huddersfield, who themselves need a miracle to avoid relegation.
Leeds host Southampton, hoping to put the pressure on as only a win and Ipswich defeat will see them finish 2nd.
In the play-off race, Norwich are all but there and West Brom in sixth know a point will likely be enough to see them beat Hull to that position.
Final day
Blimey, what a lunchtime of action we've got in the second tier today.
Ipswich can secure an incredible automatic promotion spot with a point at home to relegation-threatened Huddersfield.
Leeds will be looking to capitalise on any slip-ups there.
Three teams are fighting for two play off spots.
Four teams are fighting to avoid two relegation spots.
We're in for quite the treat - and we'll cover it all here!
