  • Scottie taps in for par

Collin Morikawa completed one of the rounds of the day with a last-hole birdie as his 70 took him to three-under.

That put his joint fifth overall, alongside Ludvig Aberg, who bogeyed the 18th, and Cam Davis.

Meanwhile, Scottie Scheffler has just tapped in for a par 4 on the 14th.

That keeps him joint top with Bryson DeChambeau and Max Homa.

  • Scottie's inched out

Scottie Scheffler agonisingly missed a longish putt for par on the 13th.

That bogey dropped him to joint leader with Max Homa and Bryson DeChambeau.

  • Nic's bogey end

Nicolai Hojgaard bogeyed the last to end up four-under overall - fourth on the leaderboard.

But his one-over 73 is decent enough on this windy second day.

  • Zach tells fans to 'f*** off' after triple bogey

TV viewers reckon they could clearly hear Zach Johnson telling fans to "f*** off" after they appeared to cheer a missed put on his way to a triple-bogey at the 12th hole.

The American has a mixed reputation with golf lovers across the pond after skippering the Yanks to a heavy Ryder Cup defeat.

One viewer responded to the Augusta clip during his miserable second round: "What a baby."

Other responses included: "Deserved it" and "Worst Ryder Cup captain we've had."

  • Bryson bogeys last

Bryson DeChambeau missed a tough par-putt in gusty conditions to lose the lead on the final hole.

That bogey dropped DeChambeau to one-over for the second round, six-under overall.

He's now joint-second with Max Homa - one behind Scottie Scheffler.

That latter player has just parred the 12th hole to perfection - a rock-solid four.

  • Won direction?

Bryson DeChambeau baffled golf fans by moving a signpost on the Augusta fairway.

The 30-year-old is currently competing at the Masters in Augusta.

As he navigated the 13th hole, DeChambeau bizarrely moved a signpost out of the way.

In incredible pictures, the American could then be seen lugging it around.

This prompted a reaction from fans, with one wrote: "Hate to seem like a pearl-clutcher, but this is despicable from Bryson, using the sign-switching trick you see on cartoons to try to get his opponents to go the wrong way."

While a second joked: "I didn’t realise Bryson DeChambeau was such a big Roman Empire guy. He loves old forms of punishment, I guess."

  • Scottie shows his class

Scottie Scheffler has defied the whipping winds with a fine tee shot on the 11th.

It comes amid forecasts for better conditions tomorrow.

So Scheffler might be happy if he can just finish where he is on seven-under.

  • Rahm a drama

Jon Rahm's loose putting on the 11th hole has left him sweating.

A careless bogey took him to four-over... which for a long time looked like being the cut-off point.

  • Willett ends with triple bogey

Danny Willett wrecked his fine round with a triple bogey on the 18th.

He missed a lengthy bogey attempt - right into an almost gale-like wind.

That dropped him from joint-fourth to joint-ninth.

  • Bryson looking good for birdie bid

Bryson DeChambeau's perfect approach shot at the 17th has teased the possibility of his third birdie of the day.

He and Scottie Scheffler are both on one-under for the day so far

  • Scottie so relaxed

Joint leader Scottie Scheffler looked more like a day-tripper than a joining masters leader still out on the course as he took a break.

He has eight holes still to play while, Bryson DeChambeau is on the 17th.

You wouldn't know it from these TV images, but it's been an exceptionally breezy day at times.

Conditions around the greens have looked daunting.

And even the sand in the bunkers has swirled up to leave some players facing nightmare escape shots.

  • Scottie levels with Bryson

Scottie Scheffler's classy birdie three at the 10th took him alongside Bryson DeChambeau at the summit of the table.

Those two, plus six-under Max Homa, who's now in the clubhouse, have pretty much dominated the top three on a day of limited birdies..

The looks likely to be four-over.
