TYRRELL Hatton is on the lookout for a new caddie at Augusta after regular bag man Mick Donaghy was hurt - with the Ryder Cup star suggesting his liking for a pint may have caused it.
Hatton had to call on a volunteer for the final round of the LIV Miami event on Sunday, and gave a deadpan response when he was asked why Donaghy was absent.
Hatton said: “My caddie fell over last night after dinner.
"Now, his reputation is an interesting one, so I don’t know how the fall really occurred. But either way, he landed on his shoulder.”
Donaghy is likely to be out of action for a month, which could also force him to miss LIV events in Adelaide and Singapore.
It comes after Hatton went viral over the weekend for an X-rated outburst at LIV's event in Miami.

After a disappointing drive narrowly missed the fairway, Hatton could be heard furiously ranting.
And the live coverage astonishingly stayed with him despite viewers clearly hearing his expletive-ridden remarks.

Hatton finished three shots adrift of South African Dean Burmester and Spain's Sergio Garcia - both of whom ended Sunday's round on 11 under.
Burmester, 34, then went on to beat Garcia in the play-off to seal victory.
