Luke Littler dances to pal Nathan Aspinall’s walk-on song as darts fans left in tears by their ‘wholesome’ friendship

LUKE LITTLER and Nathan Aspinall had fans glowing as they showed off their blossoming friendship before their Premier League darts semi-final.

Having beaten Michael van Gerwen and Rob Cross 6-3 in their respective quarter finals, the Nuke and Asp were both desperate to throw their way into the Manchester final.

But despite being rivals, the pair of them still made time to show off their bromance as they had a dance together to Aspinall's walk-on song Mr Brightside.

And fans were loving it on social media, with one saying: "The Littler and Aspinal friendship is so wholesome and I’m here for it."

A second said: "I hate when Littler and Asp play each other as I love them both too much."

Another added: "Could happily watch Littler and Asp every single week."

Aspinall got the upper hand on his mate by claiming the first leg.

However, Littler then turned the tables with some pinpoint throwing including a pair of 180s.

Littler then bagged himself a stunning 130 checkout to make the score 2-1, getting a fist bump from Aspinall.

The Warrington 17-year-old made it 3-1 to extend his lead.

His 32-year-old Stockport rival then got back into the mix with a 180 of his own before cutting the game to 3-2.

Littler then made it 4-2 as the pair shot almost identical 95.60 to 95.67 averages at the time.

The Nuke then threatened to bomb out Aspinall with a remarkable 136 checkout - going a more orthodox route than Van Gerwen went for in their earlier match which had left a commentator baffled.

Aspinall clawed back another two legs to make it 5-4.

But Littler was on fire and sealed the final leg to secure a place in the final with a double ten despite missing two match darts.

Littler and Aspinall then shared a hug after.

Littler went on to beat Gerwyn Price in the final - his second straight win.
