MARCO SILVA was accused of "publicly embarrassing" his Fulham players after they endured a horror start in their game against Nottingham Forest.
The home side strolled into a 2-0 lead after just 19 minutes thanks to goals from Callum Hudson-Odoi and Chris Wood.
And around ten minutes later, Silva decided he had seen enough from three of his starting players.
In the 31st minute of the game at the City Ground, Silva looked to hook wingers Alex Iwobi and Harry Wilson and midfielder Sasa Lukic.
The trio were replaced by Willian, Tom Cairney and Adama Traore in the 33rd minute.
TNT Sports co-commentator Martin Keown was shocked by the decision.

He said: "A little bit of public embarrassment for you when you get taken off the pitch that early."
Reacting to the triple change on social media, one fan said: "Triple sub after 30mins, I respect that from the Fulham gaffer."
A second said: "Three subs after 32 minutes told a story but to be honest nearly all of the starters could have been replaced."
A third added: "I can't believe Fulham are making THREE subs before the half hour mark?!? I've never seen that before in my life. Pretty damning!"

Another said: "Fulham coach doesn't play, Three subs first half.."
While a fifth said: "Three subs in the first half. Fulham have completely gotten it wrong. Well done."
The change is the second quickest time three subs have been in Premier League history.
The title for the very quickest came back in February 2009 during a Stoke v Sunderland game.
Then Stoke manager Tony Pulis hooked Andy Wilkinson, Ryan Shawcross and Ricardo Fuller within 30 minutes at different intervals.
Despite the changes displaying some improvement for the visitors, Fulham went into the break 3-0 down after Morgan Gibbs-White netted a third in first half injury time.
Tosin Adarabioyo pulled one goal back after the break but it was not enough to turn the game around as they had managed against Sheffield United.
