Harry Maguire to TURN DOWN new Hull deal amid interest from Southampton and Everton
The defender, 23, put in a commanding display against Chelsea on Sunday and had piqued the interest of Premier League rivals
HARRY MAGUIRE will SNUB a new deal at Hull - and could be on his way out of the club in the summer.
The centre-back is a target for Southampton and Everton after a number of impressive performances, including Sunday's outstanding display at Chelsea.
Maguire, 23, has just 18 months on his current contract and is looking increasingly likely to leave in the summer with Leicester also watching him.
Hull spent £2.5million signing from Sheffield United in 2014.
Maguire would cost about £7m to leave the KCOM.
Former Premier League title winner Martin Keown lauded Maguire as the star of the show at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Speaking on Match of the Day 2, the former Arsenal and England star said: "As good a defensive performance as I've seen.
"He was dribbling with the ball, taking on the opposition - he's got that in the locker.
"He's quick, he's strong.
"I've not seen a centre-half play this well. Bit ambitious, shooting from distance.
"Swatting Costa away.
"Costa the best striker in the Premier League is breathing down his neck - so what? He's calm.
"On a difficult day I thought he was outstanding."
