WAYNE MARDLE'S "unexpected savagery" towards Rob Cross left darts fans gobsmacked during night eight of the Premier League.
The five-time world semi-finalist turned pundit appeared alongside Emma Paton live on Sky Sports in Dublin.

As the players warmed up on stage, Mardle took the chance to explain to first-time viewers who was who, with both wearing green and black shirts.
Mardle, nicknamed Hawaii 501, said: "If you’re watching darts for the very first time, first off, why?
"But Nathan Aspinall is the man in the black and green shirt with the black trousers and the black trainers.
