SHEFFIELD UNITED fans were seen pouring out of Bramall Lane after a shocking start saw them concede three goals in just 15 minutes to Arsenal.

Blades supporters looked to have had enough after watching their side ship goals with ease.

And it would seem that Chris Wilder had seen enough too as he unbelievably made a tactical substitution just moments after the third goal went in.

Oliver Norwood was hooked and replaced by defender Ben Osborne on the 17th minute as Wilder opted for damage limitation for his side.

However the the unforced change did little to change the fortunes of the Yorkshire club who conceded a fourth just eight minutes later.

Fans were chiming in on the early exits online with one writing: "This is going to get very ugly.

";Fans leaving after 15 minutes is a new low. My goodness."

While another added: "3-0 down at home after 15 mins. Fans leaving. Don’t blame them. I backed 8-0 as a joke but this has a chance lol."

And a third wrote: "Arsenal making a habit of clearing out home fans during their matches."

The Gunners already saw West Ham fans head for the hills early when they battered their London rivals earlier in the season.

Mikel Arteta's side were 4-0 up when Hammers supporters swapped the terraces for the pub and went on to win 6-0.

The Bramall lane faithful were obviously concerned they were going to sit through a similar massacre when their side began leaking goals in the early stages tonight.

Martin Odegaard opened the scoring just five minutes into the game before Jayden Bogle turned the ball into his own net in the 13th minute to make it 2-0.

Goals from Gabriel Martinelli, Kai Havertz and Declan Rice meant Arsenal went in at the break five goals to the good without so much as a shot on target from Sheffield United.

The first half battering forced Wilder to make even more changes at half time in order to try and stop his side from conceding even more than they already had.

The 56-year-old boss made three changes with Tom Davies, Oli McBurnie and James Mcatee being replaced by Andre Brooks, William Osula and George Baldock.

And a much more tame second half saw Arsenal score just one more goal to add the cherry on top of their three points through Ben White - ultimately winning 6-0.

Arsenal have now scored an astonishing 31 goals in their last seven Premier League games as they add what could be invaluable goal difference to their tally in a tight title race.

The Gunners are also the first team in Premier League history to win three consecutive away games by five or more goals in the history of the competition.

Sheffield United on the other hand sit rock bottom of the table and will have one eye on life back in the Championship with a great escape looking almost impossible at this point.
