Two points currently separate the top three teams, with Liverpool leading the title charge.

The Reds took a break from Prem action on Sunday to face Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final.

Jurgen Klopp's side won 1-0 following a dramatic late Virgil van Dijk winner in extra time.

However, Liverpool's current injury crisis - which worsened when Ryan Gravenberch was stretchered off during the final - could have an impact on their league form.

The Red Devils are expected to end the campaign 17 points worse off than last season.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are set to climb the table - but only up to seventh.

Mauricio Pochettino's side currently sit 11th with 35 points from 25 games, but the supercomputer has tipped them to end the campaign with 56.

That would be an improvement on last season when the Blues finished 12th with a total of 44 points.

At the bottom of the table, the three promoted teams are forecast to return to the Championship.

Nottingham Forest are expected to avoid the drop, with Luton 18th, Burnley 19th and Sheffield United 20th.
