Jurgen Klopp’s injury crisis gets worse as Liverpool star carried off on stretcher in Carabao Cup final
LIVERPOOL suffered another injury blow during the Carabao Cup final as Ryan Gravenberch was stretchered off.
After just 23 minutes, the Dutch midfielder had to be carried off the field after a late tackle from Moises Caicedo.
The Chelsea star caught Gravenberch with his studs on the ankle.
Liverpool's man was down for several minutes receiving treatment before a decision was made that he could not continue.
Caicedo went unpunished for the challenge, which was checked by VAR.
Jurgen Klopp was furious over the tackle and he ranted at the fourth official.
