This occasion was no different as Kate posed in a green patterned dress which she paired with a black waistcoat.

Kate also wore thigh-high black boots and fans could not get enough of the look.

She revealed she chose to receive the injections following advice from the Amaise Clinic in Bristol.

Tracey had noticed trouble with her chin, which turned out to be the result of previous filler injections.

To treat the issue, her filler was dissolved before the injections could start again, with Tracey showing off the process on Instagram.
