THE Premier League clash between Burnley and Arsenal was delayed after Aaron Ramsey suffered a horror injury.
Burnley star Ramsey, 21, was stretchered off the pitch in the 63rd minute while being given oxygen.
The injury came after Ramsey fell to floor following a tackle from Martin Odegaard.
Ramsey appeared to get his foot stuck in the turf after the tackle and could then be seen grimacing in pain while holding his knee.
The midfielder was then stretchered off the pitch while being given some oxygen.
The game was delayed for some time as medical staff from both teams treated the England Under-20 star.

Ramsey was replaced by Jay Rodriguez.
Taking to social media, numerous fans rushed to send Ramsey their well wishes.
One fan said: "Hope he will recover quickly."
A second said: "Hope it's not serious one .. really unlucky."

Ramsey signed for Burnley is the summer from Aston Villa.
Including his appearance today he has played in 17 games in all competitions this season.
He has made six appearances for England's U20 team, scoring once.
Arsenal were 3-0 ahead at the time of the injury.
Mikel Arteta's side then added two more goals before ten minutes of additional time were played as they ran out 5-0 winners.
The win ensures Arsenal keep up the pressure at the top of the table.
Meanwhile, Burnley sink deeper into relegation zone trouble.
