The former PDC World Champion was also spotted making a very special purchase at The Rangers Store

Cross, 33, will attend Ibrox with Leith-born manager and Rangers fan Rab Bain who also backs him with his company RBS Scaffolding.

Bain also manages County Antrim hot prospect Josh Rock who is also a big Gers supporter.

Cross, who faces Michael Smith in his Premier League quarter-final, said: “This is the perfect way to prepare for a big night back in Glasgow.

“I’m buzzing to get VIP hospitality at Ibrox. This is my first time and what a stadium. It was brilliant to get a tour, everyone at the club were unbelievable and so welcoming. It will be great to relax and watch a match.

“Obviously I want a home win, that should ramp up the atmosphere and keep my manager Rab smiling!”

Cross hasn’t played on the big stage in Scotland since his last Premier League appearance in 2021.

He added: “I’ve missed being in Glasgow and Aberdeen. Those venues are right up there as the noisiest and I love it.

“The Scottish fans can be the best in the world. They love a good night and sing song.

“Obviously the main aim for me is to get a result against Michael first up and hopefully go all the way. Smithy is playing great though, it will be tough.

“The Premier League is a brutal place. There’s nowhere to hide when results aren’t going your way. I need to start winning and hopefully that starts in Glasgow.”

Cross had also been spotted inside New Edmiston House, right next to the stadium.

The 33-year old posed for a picture with a delighted fan, who revealed exactly what Cross was in the building for.

Edmiston House plays host to the Rangers megastore and the darts superstar was making a special purchase, according to the fan.

Taking to X, the supporter revealed Cross was in the shop to buy a Rangers top - but NOT for himself.

Instead, he was making the purchase for fellow darts ace Rock.

Rock, 22, is a big Rangers fan and walks out to "I'm Feeling It" before his matches.

The dance track became an anthem at Ibrox during Steven Gerrard's tenure as manager and during the run to the Europa League Final in 2022.
