The teen sensation was unable to make it back-to-back successes this week on the Players Championship circuit in Wigan.
The surprise defeat came in the second round of the darts tournament, just one day after Littler hit a nine-darter on his PDC ProTour debut.
Things started out well for Littler as he took the opening leg of the match.
However, Littler was never able to forge a two-leg lead as Polish-Irish thrower Radek Szaganski kept pace with the Nuke.
The pair went leg for leg up to 3-3 before Littler was broken by the 44-year-old.
