LIVERPOOL are set for a record attendance when Burnley visit Anfield on Saturday.
The expanded Anfield Road End will finally be fully open after being redeveloped over the last few years.
The upper tier has been open for several weeks but seats in the middle tier have been vacant while work on executive lounges was being completed.
However that work is now finished and 3,000 more tickets are available for the Burnley clash.
Liverpool are expecting that to boost attendance to the 60,000 mark - beating the current record for a league game of 58,757, which came against Chelsea in December 1949.
The overall record attendance at Anfield is 61,905 for the FA Cup tie against Wolves in 1952.

Capacity is expected to be increased to 61,000 once two more rows of seats are installed at the back of the lower tier of the Anfield Road End.
The £80million project was initially expected to be completed at the beginning of the season but was hit by delays.
The tickets for the new section will go on sale on Tuesday and 2,500 will be hospitality seats.
Liverpool still need to ensure emergency conditions tests are passed, and will work with the city council to get the green light.
