FA Cup fifth round draw confirmed as non-league Maidstone face former winners and holders Man City face Luton

The draw was delayed due to the fan trouble between West Brom and Wolves

NON-LEAGUE MAIDSTONE UNITED will face either Sheffield Wednesday or Coventry in the FA Cup fifth round.

The National League South outfit, the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, stunned Ipswich Town by beating them 2-1 at Portman Road yesterday.

And they have been rewarded with another away day against a Championship club.

Holders Manchester City have landed a difficult away trip to Luton Town.

Meanwhile, Manchester United's 4-2 win at Newport County will now see them travel to the winners of the replay between Nottingham Forest and Bristol City.

Liverpool, who beat Norwich City in their fourth round tie today, face a home clash with Watford or Southampton.

Blackburn and Wrexham, who play on Monday, will host top-flight opposition in Newcastle.

The winners of Chelsea and Aston Villa will welcome either Leeds or Plymouth next while Bournemouth will take on Championship leaders and 2021 cup winners Leicester.

The draw was delayed due to the crowd trouble in Wolves' victory over West Brom, but Gary O'Neil's men now know they will take on Brighton at home next month.

The fifth round fixtures are scheduled to take place during the week commencing Monday 26 February.
