SIR MO FARAH joined Danny Welbeck for a training session as the England international prepares for his return to action.
The Arsenal fan - who was knighted in the New Year Honours - spent a day being put through his paces at London Colney.
Welbeck, 26, joined the athlete ahead of the FA Cup third round clash with Preston where he may make his injury comeback.
Farah, 33, retained his 5,000 and 10,000 metres titles in Rio to become the first British track and field athlete to win four Olympic gold medals.
And he proved he can transfer his skills onto the football pitch as he took on Welbeck.
The forward has been out of action for seven months with knee ligament damage but is back training with the first team.
