Darts prodigy Luke Littler sets up company to channel the millions he’s set to make from sport
TEENAGE darts sensation Luke Littler has set up his first company to channel the millions he looks set to make.
His business — Luke Littler Darts — is listed as involved in “other sports activities” and will be used for his earnings from the oche and commercial activities.
The 16-year-old’s career income was £2,500 before the World Darts Championships — but he pocketed £200,000 after his amazing run to the final, where he lost to Luke Humphries, 28.
After the final, HMRC came under fire for pointing out on X/Twitter that Luke the Nuke was liable for £83,000 tax on his prize money.
But experts predict the Warrington wonderkid — who turns 17 on Sunday — will earn millions by the time he is 21.
And they estimate he will bank £40million in the course of his career.
