FA Cup third round replays LIVE SCORES: Nottingham Forest beat Blackpool in extra-time after medical emergency delay

NOTTINGHAM FOREST booked their place in the FA Cup fourth round with a thrilling 3-2 win over Blackpool after extra time.

The game was briefly paused just before the second half of extra-time after a medical emergency in the Forest end before resuming.

Elsewhere, Everton defeated Crystal Palace 1-0 to gain some respite in the FA Cup amid their points deductions in the Premier League.

Last night, League Two side Newport sealed their Manchester United fourth round clash after beating Eastleigh 3-1 in their replay.

    The FA Cup never fails to deliver.

    On a cold night up and down the country, we have seem some great cup ties this evening.

    Bristol Rovers and Blackpool did League One proud and almost pulled off some upsets.

    Everton put their Premier League woes behind them and booked their place in the fourth round.

    Both teams have created half chances but the best of them definitely fell to Ryan Yates who should have scored.

    There seems to be a medical issue in the crowd in the away end which the medical staff of Forest are rushing over to attend to.

    He gets his shot away but substitute keeper O'Donnell makes a fantastic reflex save.

    However, grinding out a victory over Roy Hodgson's side tonight should give the fans something to smile about.

    In addition to this, the performance of Joao Virginia will give The Toffees' fans some pleasure in the absence of Jordan Pickford.
