Mo Salah reveals bold new haircut for AFCON after Liverpool ace was teased over ‘Krusty the Clown’ look vs Newcastle
MOHAMED SALAH has shown off a smart new trim ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Egyptian has jetted over to join up with his national team ahead of the upcoming Afcon in the Ivory Coast.
Salah, 31, is bidding to deliver glory for his country, with the tournament kicking off next week.
Egypt are in action against Tanzania in a pre-Afcon friendly in Cairo this afternoon.
They then kick off their campaign against Mozambique next Sunday.
In his last Liverpool match prior to jetting over to Egypt, Salah helped the Reds to an entertaining 4-2 win over Newcastle at Anfield.

During the contest, online trolls commented on his barnet, with some even likening his long hair to that of Simpsons character Krusty the Clown.
Since joining up with his country, Salah has had a smart haircut.
In a picture posted to social media, the winger can be seen smiling with shorter hair and a well-trimmed beard.
After seeing Salah's new haircut, one fan wrote online: "Bro got bit to shy of his hair."

After Egypt's clash with Mozambique they will take on Ghana and Cape Verde in their other group games.
They will hope to go all the way, with the tournament's final taking place on February 11 in Abidjan.
