Premier League darts lineup ‘leaked’ hours before official announcement with Luke Littler set for spot in tournament
FANS believe they already know the lineup of the PDC's Premier League darts competition.
And Luke Littler appears to be the surprise inclusion on the list, after stunning at the PDC World Darts Championships.
The 16-year-old made it all the way to the finals, where he was narrowly beaten by Luke Humphries in his first appearance at the tournament.
It would be a remarkably quick rise to the Premeir League for Littler, who was still playing juniors not long ago.
Eagle-eyed fans made the discover after the PDC tweeted out a teaser image of the lineup.
It featured players listed from one to eight without their names written and accompanied by a silhouette.

Unfortunately for the PDC though, the players could pretty clearly by identified by their silhouettes and fans think they know the lineup already.
One fan tweeted: "The silhouettes are actually the ones of the players that are gonna be in" Alongside a number of crying laughing emojis.
Another added: "The shadows of the pictures are the actual pictures of the players boys? Not a good way to keep a secret haha."
According to the theory, the eight elite players chosen for the competition will be: Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Luke Humphries, Gerwyn Price, Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross, Peter Wright and Littler.
Littler himself cast doubt on whether he would play in the Premier League due to its gruelling schedule.
He implied that the PDC would look to safeguard him thanks to his tender age and said: "'I've seen what the Premier League does. You have Monday, Tuesday Pro Tours, and then Wednesdays the Euro Tour qualifiers.
Then you've got the Premier League, the weekend's Euro Tour [event]. So I think the PDC are going to keep me out of it, because that will be just be gruelling, like everyone's said."
