LUKE HUMPHRIES' girlfriend broke down in tears following his World Darts Championship triumph on Wednesday evening.
The World No1, 28, came from 4-2 down to beat teenage sensation Luke Littler 7-4 and claim his first Sid Waddell trophy at Alexandra Palace.

Humphries collapsed to the ground immediately after hitting the winning darts to hand him the victory - as Littler's heartbreak was confirmed.
And his family were filmed watching from the front row as sponsors Paddy Power posted "Fam Cam" footage.
Girlfriend Kayley Jones was seen nervously clutching her face before Humphries' winning double eight secured him the title.
After hitting the decisive shot, Kayley screamed in celebration before covering her face as she broke down in tears.

Sat beside Humphries' family was fellow darts player Ryan Searle - who has reached the last 16 of the world championships on three occasions.
He too was seen puffing out his cheeks with nerves ahead of the winning double.
And after Humphries' win was confirmed, he stood up and applauded his friend's superb achievement.
Humphries and Kayley have one child together, Rowan Ellis, born on October 9, 2022.

The darts star also has a step-daughter with his girlfriend - Grace, who was born in 2013.
Cool Hand Luke is now a four time major winner after entering 2023 without one to his name.
His World Championship triumph follows victories at the World Grand Prix, Grand Slam and Players Championship.
