Luke and Eloise's relationship first made headlines on January 1, 2024, after they were seen sharing a kiss at the PDC World Darts Championships at Ally Pally.
After walking away from the dartboard and into the semi-finals of the competition, Luke was seen taking selfies with fans and locking lips with Eloise.
Eloise, 21, was supporting Luke from the crowd while wearing the same blue shirt as him.
On May 24, 2024, the couple celebrated with a kiss again as the teen won the Premier League Darts final at the O2 Arena in London.

He blew away world champion Luke Humphries in a thrilling 11-7 win before celebrating with his parents and Eloise.
But in July 2024, fans were left heartbroken when the couple announced they had split.
It seemed like the perfect romance, but the couple reportedly called it a day after they struggled to find the time to spend together.

Pals said Luke, 17, and Eloise, 21, had called time on their ten-month relationship after struggling to make time for each other.

A source said: “Luke and Eloise have broken up and it is still very raw.
“He is naturally very upset but they have agreed to stay friends.
“Luke and Eloise tried hard to make their relationship work but with his darts schedule, he is travelling non-stop and it has become increasingly difficult for them to spend quality time together."
What does Eloise Milburn do for a living?
Eloise is a beauty consultant, Avon sales rep, and darts player — sharing her love of the sport with Luke throughout their relationship.
She also reportedly worked behind the bar at Hersham Golf Club, but has now left that job.
Eloise has a stunning singing voice — a video on TikTok of her singing Adele's No1 hit Easy On Me went viral and has been viewed over 2,500 times.

Luke, whose nickname is "The Nuke", is the reigning world youth darts champion as well as the 2024 Premier League Darts champ.
He rose to prominence at the 2023/24 PDC World Championships, kicking off the contest with one of the greatest debuts in the history of the sport as he beat Christian Kist in the first round.
PR expert Mark Borkowski told SunSport that if Littler's astonishing success continues, he could become the "Wayne Rooney of darts".

Eloise regularly showed her support for Littler throughout their relationship, both on social media and in person.
As well as showing up to Ally Pally to see him play at the start of 2024, Eloise posted a sweet tribute to her boyfriend on Instagram.
After Luke's victory over Brendan Dolan, Eloise took to the online platform to share how impressed she was by her partner's win.

And after he won the League she wrote that she was "the proudest girlfriend".
She also posted on TikTok: "Its been an incredible 17 weeks and what a way to finish it as champion! Always so proud."
But Luke's ex-girlfriend wasn't the only woman in his life who has shared their love for him online.
Following his quarter-final victory at the World Darts Championships, Luke's sister Caitlin was quick to take to social media to congratulate her brother.
Alongside pictures of her sibling she wrote: "The dream continues. Unbelievably proud of you".
Caitlin also added a crying face emoji and a red love heart emoji to her sweet message.

As his star rose, Littler revealed he and Eloise became the target of abusive messages from trolls on social media.
Littler said: “That’s what I knew from the very start.
"We knew people would find out [about their relationship] but it started off very bad.

However, Littler said directly that the story is NOT true.
