One fan shared what they thought Littler had asked Santa for

But his mum reminded his new legions of fans that he's still just a kid, by posting a snap with Christmas present.

Kebab-loving Littler has stunned Christian Kist and Andrew Gilding at Ally Pally, and will be back in action in the third round when play resumes this week.

But, first, he's back with his parents enjoying Christmas like any other teenager.

And mum Lisa took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a snap of 'The Nuke' sitting by a Christmas tree and opening some presents.

She captioned the post: "Just a 16-year-old opening his prezzys 🥰🥰🥰."

Reminded their new hero was just a kid, many fans had the same question.

One asked: "Does he still believe in Santa?"

A second joked: "The fact he probably still believes in Santa and could earn over 100K over the next week 🤣"

Meanwhile another darts fan had an idea of what Littler may have written on his Christmas list, writing: "He’s hoping to unwrap a donner with cheese and garlic sauce."

The total prize pool for this year's tournament stands at a cool £3.2million.

What a present that would be!

Littler is back in action on December 27 against Matt Campbell.

The Ally Pally crowd will be sure to give him a huge welcome back after serenading him by chanting "he's got school in the morning".
