With Fallon Sherrock having crashed out to Jermaine Wattimena, Suzuki is the only woman remaining in the draw.

The 41-year-old could receive huge crowd support from the North London faithful when she takes on Pietreczko this evening.

But the 29-year-old from Berlin has vowed not to accept any heckling from the crowd.

Speaking to Bild, he said: "If they don't want to see me, then I don't understand why I have to accept such disrespectful things.

"It is absurd!"

Pietreczko, who would feel more comfortable as an easy-going joker, added: "I just want to be myself on stage."

Earlier this year he was rattled by fans at the Grand Slam of Darts.

Having lost his cool, he lost 5-1 to Beau Graves.

He subsequently decided to make a statement when he faced Nathan Aspinall by snubbing fans.

In addition to his bitter experience at the Grand Slam of Darts, he was also booed at the Hungarian Open.

Pietreczko does believe that fairness should work both ways, and even begged fans not to boo his opponent during an event in Leverkusen.
