SIR Alex Ferguson's decision to quit as Manchester United boss in 2013 rocked the world of football, the stock market and, more than anything, the club itself.

But no fan of the team who had been kings of Europe during the Scotsman's 26-year reign thought the fallout would be this bad.

SunSport's experts, who have been pitchside to watch the highs of the Fergie era and the catastrophic lows ever since, give their telling insight into who is - and who isn't - to blame for the collapse of this unique leader's empire.

Fans may disagree with their verdict, while their predictions for United's future in this eye-opening short film will certainly give supporters plenty to argue about.
