ALEX Scott has laughed off Joey Barton's shock rant - after he said she "shouldn't commentate on the men's game".
In an Instagram story, Scott and an unknown colleague can be heard laughing about Barton's comments.
Joey Barton had said Scott “shouldn't commentate on the men’s game” in a fresh sexist rant.
In the clip, Scott asks: "Who are you interviewing?"
The colleague replies: "I'm interviewing you actually."
Scott says: "Oh are you? What are we talking about, Joey Barton?"

The quick-witted joke made Scott's colleague burst out laughing.
And on Friday evening she spoke out on Twitter while sharing an article which sees her speak about her charity work.
She wrote: “Only thing I want to give oxygen to today on this platform & raise my voice to right now is this article below and how I'm so honoured to have spent the day yesterday with Refuge Charity who continue to do such incredible vital work for women & children.”
During her footy career Scott won eight league titles, three WSL Cups and seven FA Cups.

Scott also won the Champions League once, and two Community Shields.
However, Barton does not believe she is qualified enough to speak on men’s football.
When quizzed by Piers Morgan about her commentating he said: "She hasn’t played in it.
"One is 200 years old and one is about 40 years old.
"It’s the same rules but football is about a lot more than rules.
"The games are at two different speeds."
Barton said it was the same as him commentating on Formula One just because he can drive a car.
On Wednesday the former Manchester City and Newcastle star claimed women are not qualified to talk about the men's game.
