Ross claimed he would now build his own home to rival the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner's stunning pad.

"I really wanted a house in Miami so now I have to build my own house because it's impossible to find a house that I like.
"And I got outbid by a very, very famous professional athlete, who is very rich.
"It's nothing about me being broke. I just couldn't get to there in time. I saw the house, but they were already in talks and all that.

"I believe it was his grandparents, or I don't know who the f**k it was.
"Messi, they wanted a crib for their grandchildren or some s**t, they were playing a game. I don't even know and they got it."
Back in August, the ex-Barcelona star and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo were snapped house hunting in Miami.
They eventually splashed £8.6million on an incredible waterfront property in Fort Lauderdale that has a pool, spa and boat docks.
Messi already owns four apartments along Miami beach worth a combined £15m.
It is unclear what house Ross was referring to.
He also has houses in Barcelona, Ibiza and in his home town of Rosario.
