Chelsea captain John Terry joins club legends Ashley and Joe Cole for five-a-side tournament at Cobham

CHELSEA skipper John Terry joined club legends Ashley and Joe Cole to win a five-a-side tournament.

The duo took part in the end-of-year tournament at the Blues' Cobham HQ alongside player turned Under-18s coach Jody Morris and youth striker Charlie Brown.

Joe and Ashley both play across the pond in America with LA Galaxy and the Tampa Bay Rowdies but jetted in to compete.

Morris posted footage on his Instagram story, while also uploading a picture of the Chelsea legends team.

He captioned the post: "End of the year five aside competition winners today at work.

"Wasn't the best preparation from me last night but I didn't let my team down."

Morris was referring to Wednesday night when he went out for drinks with pal Frank Lampard and his wife Christine Bleakley.

The former England Under-21s star celebrated turning 37 on Thursday, and could be seen making the most of his celebrations.

Lamps - Chelsea's all-time top goalscorer with 211 goals - watched the current squad in training on Wednesday.

Among the players present during the session were superstar Eden Hazard and out-of-favour striker Michy Batshuayi ahead of the Boxing Day clash with Bournemouth.

Lamps, 38, was greeted by former team-mates David Luiz and Willian.
