Gary Lineker tells ‘awkward’ story in front of son Harry about having ‘kiss and a cuddle’ in car with his ex-wife
GARY LINEKER left his son blushing as he told a story about having a 'kiss and a cuddle' with his ex-wife during a detour on a drive home.
The former England star recounted the memory on a podcast alongside Micah Richards and Alan Shearer.
Lineker, 62, revealed that he deviated from the way home in his old sponsored car with his ex-wife Michelle Cockayne.
However, to make the storytelling a bit more awkward for the ex-Barcelona and Tottenham star, his son Harry Lineker, 29, was present.
He said on podcast: "I had this car, and this is a little bit awkward because I have just remembered that Harry's mother is a part of this story.
"We are driving this car and I have got Michelle, when we were dating, and we were driving home from somewhere and we kind of went down a little country lane and parked up.

"As Harry is here, let's say a kiss and a cuddle and all that. And the fact that he is one of four children suggests that he knows what went on between his mother and I.
"The car then starts steaming up and we suddenly get a knock on the window."
The retired striker and his partner were disturbed by a passerby shouting "alright Gary".
Lineker then admitted that he had forgotten that his name was plastered on the side of the vehicle.

This left Shearer and Richards balling with laughter at Lineker's misfortune.
The car had "Uno1" on the bonnet and "Gary Lineker LCFC Drives a Fiat" on the doors, as well as "Supplied by Kilby Bridge Motors".
The current Match of the Day host has previously admitted that the interruption took the "wind out of his sails," and it brought an end to his and his former flame's fun.
Lineker and Michelle's marriage came to an end after 20 years in 2006 as they divorced.
