Fans convinced Misfits boxing card ‘rigged’ after TempoArts beats Chase DeMoor in controversial decision

TEMPOARTS' win over Chase DeMoor has left fans convinced Misfits Boxing's Prime card is "rigged".

The British crossover boxing star defeated his American opponent via split decision on the prelims in Manchester.

His victory saw him claim the promotion's heavyweight title after an entertaining bout.

However, fans were shocked to see TempoArts have his hand raised when the scorecards were read.

He had appeared on the verge of being finished earlier in the bout as DeMoor unloaded on his opponent.

TempoArts was forced to clinch up as a barrage of punches backed him onto the ropes before he quickly fired back at DeMoor.

DeMoor continued to keep the pressure on his rival throughout the fight as he left TempoArts looking a defeated man.

The reality TV star even danced in the ring at the end of the fight before being announced as the loser.

Reacting to the controversial decision, one fan commented: "Chase clearly won that. How did he lose. This is rigged."

Another fumed: "It was clearly rigged."

Meanwhile, a third fan also wrote: "All these Misfits events are rigged."

Despite the fan outrage, there was plenty of respect between the two fighters in the ring after the bout.

Elsewhere on the prelims, viewers hit out at the quality of Astrid Wett vs Alexia Grace before Ed Matthews KO'd Swarmz in a matter of seconds.
