SAM ALLARDYCE has hinted he could return to football before the turn of the year.
But the ex-Three Lions boss does not think he will never be able to take charge of one of England’s top clubs.
Big Sam is desperate to manage again after leaving the Three Lions job by mutual consent in September.
And he believes he will emerge stronger from the hurt caused by losing the England job following a newspaper sting.
Allardyce said: “I think I’ll be back probably in the new year - if not before depending on what approaches come.
“I can’t leave it where I ended. That’s behind me, that was a dark period in my time in what I thought would be the best year I’ve ever had.
