  • Tommy Fleetwood vs Rickie Fowler (A/S) Hole 4

After Fleetwood birdied the second hole to go one up, Fowler is quick to reply.

He sinks a long putt to take the hole and acknowledges the crowd.

It is back to all square and this could be a titanic battle today.

  • Jon Rahm vs Scottie Scheffler (A/S) Hole 12

Rahm has one the longest putts of the day and reads it well as he leaves it within inches of the hole.

It means that Scheffler has a long putt to halve the hole.

The crowd bait him, he stops in his swing to swot a fly, all adding to the tension.

As Scheffler's putt goes wide, there is a huge roar from the European fans.

  • Viktor Hovland (3up) vs Colin Morikawa (Hole 11)

Hovland is putting like a dream today.

His mammoth effort is read perfectly, following the huge contours of the green but stops an inch from the hole.

Morikawa sends his putt high and Hovland extends his lead to three holes.

  • Justin Rose vs Patrick Cantlay (2up) Hole 10

Rose plays a shocking tee shot and leaves himself on the bank of the stream where Jon Rahm was earlier today.

Sadly he cannot reproduce Rahm's shot and fails to find the green.

It will offer a chance for Cantlay to extend his lead in this one.

  • Jon Rahm vs Scottie Scheffler (1up) Hole 11

Rahm has a nightmare hole as he cannot keep the ball on the green.

As it goes rolling down the bank, his next shot doesn't quite make it up there and rolls back to directly by his feet.

Scheffler takes full advantage as he has the luxury of two putts to win the hole.

In true Scheffler style he sinks the long putt at the first time of asking.

  • Tyrrell Hatton (2up) vs Brian Harman (Hole 7)

Hatton is playing some good golf, as he looks to putt over the ridge he reads it well but not enough to sink it.

It still leaves Harman with a longish putt to halve the hole.

With nerves of steel, Harman drops it into the cup.

  • Sepp Straka vs Justin Thomas (1up) Hole 4

Absolute drama on the fourth green.

Straka sinks a monster putt to put the pressure on Thomas needing a huge putt himself to halve the hole.

The American duly delivers and sinks his own mammoth putt and tips his hat (which he is not wearing) sarcastically to the crowd.

  • Jon Rahm vs Scottie Scheffler (A/S) Hole 10

What a recovery on this hole from Rahm.

He played what is possibly the shot of the Ryder Cup as his ball was on the bank of the stream.

Rahm plays it like a baseball shot and unbelievably gets it right on the green.

As both players see their putts out, to halve the hole after that tee shot is inspired by the European.

  • Tyrrell Hatton (2up) vs Brian Harman (Hole 5)

Hatton plays a great shot onto the green amid the cheers from the gallery.

Not to be outdone, Harman comes up with the perfect reply as he pitches it within feet of the hole.

The backspin is big as it narrowly misses the cup.

  • Final day overview

As it stands, Europe are up in five matches.

America are currently leading in four matches.

The other one out on the course is all square.

  • Rory McIlroy (3up) vs Sam Burns (Hole 7)

What a tee shot from Rory McIlroy on the par three.

He gets it up over the ridge perfectly and leaves it within feet of the hole.

Burns' tee shot is not so good as he doesn't manage to get over it.

The American leaves himself a putt for par but McIlroy sinks his putt for birdie.

  • Jon Rahm vs Scottie Scheffler (A/S) Hole 9

Finally something to cheer for the Americans.

Scheffler finds his range with his putter and sinks one to level up this match.

He is having to fight hard against Rahm in this one and has done well draw level.

  • Nicolai Hojgaard (1up) vs Xander Schauffele (Hole 1)

It is a great start to the round for Hojgaard.

He sinks a fantastic putt to give him the lead on the first hole.

The gallery erupts as they will do for every European shot that goes well today, the beauty of home advantage.

  • Viktor Hovland (2up) vs Colin Morikawa (Hole 8)

Morikawa is not giving up on this one as he looks to fight back.

He leaves Hovland with a huge putt to halve the hole.

It is a good effort by the European, just not good enough as the American claws a hole back.

  • Tyrrell Hatton (3up) vs Brian Harman (Hole 4)

This does not seem to be looking like it is going to be a good day at the office for the Ricky Ponting lookalike.

He slides his putt wide of the cup, gifting Hatton another hole.

Europe goes three up in this match after only four holes.

  • Tyrrell Hatton (2up) vs Brian Harman (Hole 3)

What a change of fortune Hatton gives himself in this one.

He seemed in real trouble from the tee but gets himself out of it and flips the hole on its head as he has a putt to win the hole.

His recovery shot gets him into this position and he sinks the putt like a man truly on a hot streak.

  • Matt Fitzpatrick vs Max Homa (A/S) Hole 4

Homa seems to be finding some form with his putter.

After falling behind in this match, he seems to have composed himself and draws level.

This is what the USA need to do, turn those blues white, then try and turn them red.

  • Viktor Hovland (3up) vs Colin Morikawa

    Hovland's on fire for Europe.

Having gone three up on his opponent, on the seventh green he has a huge putt to half the hole.

As it goes from one tier down to another, his effort goes straight into the middle of the cup.

This is going to be a tough match for Morikawa with Hovland in this kind of form.

  • Justin Rose vs Patrick Cantlay (1up) Hole 5

Morikawa misses his putt to give a chance to his opponent.

Rose has a putt to win the hole and seems to have the line perfectly read.

Another putt that just hangs on the edge of the hole, it only needed an inch more of power, so close.

Cantlay stays one hole up in this match-up.

  • Jon Rahm (2up) vs Scottie Scheffler (Hole 7)

High tension in this one as Scheffler's putt misses the hole closely.

It leaves Rahm with a tricky long putt to win the hole.

He seems to have his eye in today but the ball just will not drop as it hangs on the edge of the cup.

Rahm stays two up heading onto the eighth.

  • Europe make fantastic start to final day

With six pairings out on the course currently, it is an avalanche of blue on the leaderboard.

Europe is up in five of the six matches out on the course.

This could be a very tough day for the Americans.

  • Final day scores as they stand

Jon Rahm (1up) vs Scottie Scheffler

Viktor Hovland (2up) vs Colin Morikawa

Justin Rose vs Patrick Cantlay (1up)

Rory McIlroy (2up) vs Sam Burns

Matt Fitzpatrick (1up) vs Max Homa

Tyrrell Hatton (1up) vs Brian Harman

  • Jon Rahm (2up) vs Scottie Scheffler (Hole 6)

Rahm plays his approach shot onto the green, albeit much further from the hole than he would have wanted.

Great reply from Scheffler as he plays an absolute peach of a shot close to the pin.

Big chance for the American to pull one back here.

  • Viktor Hovland (2up) vs Colin Morikawa (Hole 4)

Hovland looks well up for this today as he sinks his putt to win the hole.

It puts him two holes up on the American.

Morikawa will need to bring his game today to stand any chance in this one as Hovland fist pumps the air as his ball drops into the hole.

  • Jon Rahm (2up) vs Scottie Scheffler (Hole 5)

Rahm played a brilliant chip from the rough to the green as his shot is conceded, with no need to putt.

Scheffler has to putt to save the hole but sends it wide.

This is not a good day to be having a bad day with the putter.
