ROBBIE WILLIAMS might want to re-write the lyrics of another of his biggest hits in praise of Ange Postecoglou.

“Let Me Entertain You” would be a good shout.

For this was a case of Take That as the Aussie’s side carried on making sweet Prem music.

Pop legend Williams posted an online tribute to the boss last week - originally penned by from Voice of Spurs, changing the words of one of his most iconic songs, "Angels".

Spurs fans, so fearful before the start of the campaign following the £104million departure of iconic skipper Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, left Turf Moor believing they were in heaven.

A goal down after four minutes to Lyle Fosters’s cool strike?

Worry not.

Son Heung-min tuned up with the first goal of his first hat-trick in a year a dozen minutes later.

Cristian Romero smashed home a blinder seconds before the break.

And James Maddison, very much the leading man of Ange’s sensational band of minstrels, delivered a quite sumptuous strike.

True enough there was a bum note in the week as Spurs lost out to Fulham in a Carabao Cup penalty shoot-out.

But the team that lost out to the Cottagers were second strings.

This was Angeball at full volume and Vincent Kompany’s young side were deafened by the noise.

They went into the game having had better fortune than their opponents having beaten Nottingham Forest 1-0 to reach the Carabao Cup third round.

After reality check defeats to Manchester City and Aston Villa in their first two leagues games after storming the Championship, they took the pitch full of new optimism.

In 18-year-old American whizzkid Luca Koleosho they also have a real wing talent in the making.

He flew past Pedro Porro to set up Foster for his second Premier League goal and at that early point Tottenham seemed all over the place.

But Son, now wearing the captain’s armband left behind by Kane, conducted a superb response, playing a one-two with Manor Soloman.

The Israeli’s return still left Son with plenty to do as goalkeeper James Trafford advanced, only to be done by the attacker’s delicious clip over him.

Still Spurs weren’t quite in rhythm.

Zeki Amdouni saw an excellent 22-yard drive fly just wide of Gugielmo Vicario’s right-hand post.

Koleosho did his thing down the left again before wriggling into the box and firing.

His shot spun to Foster and with a little more composure – something like Son had shown – he would have put the Clarets ahead again instead of driving into the keeper’s body.

But from that point, with Maddison showing that at £40m from Leicester he might just by the buy of the season, Ange’s men just ran away with it.

Maddison, playing in the kind of central role that fits him so perfectly, produced a fine curling effort that Trafford did very well to claw away.

It was also his determination and skill that led to Romero’s blockbuster.

Not for the first time he skipped past challenges to get to the by-line and smacked the ball across the box.

Dejan Kulusevski couldn’t control but the ricochet flew towards Romero and the Argentinian defender rifled high into Trafford’s top right corner.

That was when the gig really began to rock.

As Burnley sagged, the naivety they had shown in their first two Prem games again betraying them, Maddison found loads of space to deliver a right-footer in front of Tottenham’s travelling band.

Son got his second, scoring from almost the same spot, his strike hitting as near as dammit the same place in the net.

He notched his treble by racing onto a through ball from Pedro Porro and left England U21 Euro hero Trafford with no chance.

Those fans who had made the trip up from North London were exultant.

So was Son and the side that has been completely transformed by Postecoglou – who got the call dead right by playing the South Korean up front and benching Richarlison.

Before Conte left last March, Spurs had become spiritless, often clueless, and any music from the support sounded like a dirge.

At this rate Postecoglou’s re-birth could grow into, whisper it, a challenge for the title or at least give champions Manchester City pause for thought as they go for their fourth in a row.

The style of Spurs means they might give up goals because the whole vibe is about attack.

Kompany’s side, still without a point, might have turned down the mood music with more experience and cunning for a while.

And sub Josh Brownhill did get one back four minutes into time added on.

But standing on the touchline, Ange didn’t appear to blink an eye for a third Prem win in a row was already in the bag.
